WEBSITE FOR DATWE WILL TRY TO ACCOMMODATE AS MANY INDIVIDUALS AS WE CAN. PLEASE NOTE WAIT TIME CAN BE ANYWHERE FROM 1 TO 3HRS. WE STOP TAKING INDIVIDUAL AROUND 45 TO 60 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE END OF THE CLINIC HOURS. THOSE WHO WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SEE WILL BE ASKED TO COME BACK ON ANOTHER DAY.

YOU CAN ALSO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT TO BE SEEN ON DAYS WE OFFER APPOINTMENTS IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO WAIT.

Please note WE ARE CLOSED ON holidays, School snow closures and Saturdays where there is a holiday coming up.

ANY INDIVIDUAL WHO is VERBALLY OR PHYSICALLY ABUSIVE TO ANY STAFF or VOLUNTEER at the clinic WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND/OR FACE CRIMINAL CHARGES. No TYPE OF ABUSE and/or discrimination WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

If you require immediate or urgent attention while we are unavailable please visit any walk-in clinic in the community, the hospital, or call 911

Walk in clinic

We have been experiencing a longer wait time than usual, that can be as long as 1-3 hours.

Our Midwives are doing their best to deliver safe and efficient care to make the wait time as reasonable as possible. Given the situation, the midwife may decide to stop accepting  patients before our normal closing time and ask you to come back another day.

We appreciate your understanding and your patience with our midwifery care services, as the wait time is out of the team's control.

We do not tolerate any aggressive or intimidating behavior. ANY INDIVIDUAL WHO IS VERBALLY OR PHYSICALLY ABUSIVE TO ANY STAFF or VOLUNTEER at THE CLINIC WILL BE ASKED to LEAVE and/or FACE CRIMINAL CHARGES.
