Community Prize Giveaway

You must 18 or older to participate in the contest. You must enter a valid Email address, which is owned by you, to spin the wheel and receive a chance for 1 randomized prize. Only one code per IP address/Email address/per person. The prize is valid only during the active online session in which the prize was revealed; Prizes will be sent via email provided once all criteria’s have been confirmed and met. You must:

1. Follow BREATHE Midwives
2. Fill out the form and answer the question correctly and spin
3. Share this post to your Story and tag @breathemidwives so we can see it!

Prizes are not valid for: exchange for other prizes or for monetary value. Prizes are as is (i.e., Gift Cards or e-Gift certificates, tickets) . There are 5 prizes to be won. Chances of winner are random. The giveaway will be over Thursday, September 3, 2026 at 3pm or if all the prizes have been won (which ever comes first).

Individuals who participant in the wheel of fortune game are consenting to participation, sharing that they have won and to having their picture posted on our website or social media.  Information collected and/or shared for the Community Prize Giveaway Spin to Win Game will only be used for the purpose of the game and verify participants. Staff of BREATHE Midwives are not eligible to win prizes.
