Each week we will start to understand how your mental health and wellness plays a significant role in your overall health. The sessions will focus on supporting you to build strong roots. With a focus on the perinatal period, we dive into how various topics and life circumstance such as racism, stress, trauma for example, affect pregnancy and beyond into the postpartum.
