Renew, Reclaim, Recharge massage program is a free program that focuses on supporting health and wellness for BIPOC individuals.

Book a free session with a registered massage therapist who will work with you to provide you with regiment that is specific to you.

Whether you are pregnant , just gave birth, never had a baby, young or young at heart, we hope you will enjoy!

Please note to allow everyone the opportunity to have access to a massage, we are limiting one massage per our Renew, Reclaim, Recharge series. We hope to be able to expand this service in the near future.
